Directionality, classification, geometry and naming all look good on this changeset. I just have a few pointers for some lane count changes to look out for:
Way 4305501677: Ways that are connected to link roads will usually not have the lane count for the link road included in the lane count. In this case, the link road will be connected where the dashed line ends and will have a lane count of one, while the main way has a lane count of three instead of four.
Way 4305501675: For lane counts at intersections, and ways at intersections in general, the way should be split right at the intersection. In other words, the lane count of 6 and the way segment itself should end right where the trunk road intersects with Almaden and Ironwood. The segment in front of that would have a lane count of 3. Let me know if this doesn't make sense, I would be happy to produce a screenshot or describe it in more detail.
Way 4305501672: For this way I would recommend having the end of the segment moved back to where the dashed merge to left lane ends. This would make the lane count tag more accurate and easily allow for the link to split off into its own way. When tagging lane numbers, it really helps to line up splits to physical features so we can be as precise as possible.
